Mini Pot - beach

For salt, sugar or condiments.
These mini pots are hand thrown on the wheel and use a handmade rib to texture the external surface. 
This design is inspired by the way sand changes in colour as the waves lap the shore. Each piece is individually dipped in glaze, the burnt orange tones are then created in the firing process. As result each piece is unique and patterns will vary. 
All ceramics by Sweetpea are twice fired reaching temperatures of 1250°c
